Together, we create a space to rest, nourish, and refresh.

Your session includes journaling, gentle yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Reiki healing.

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a conscious state of deep relaxation that restores the body and mind.

During the practice, you’ll:

  • Relax the whole system

  • Move beyond the thinking mind to sensing and feeling

  • Calm your nervous system and reconnect with your inner self

  • Create space to envision possibility

Navigating Grief

Grief comes in many forms : the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a career change, pet loss, or even grieving a part of ourselves or a life we once imagined.

 

Feeling alone is a universal part of grief, which is why we come together.

There’s no timeline for grief, and each person’s experience is unique. This session provides a safe, nurturing space to explore how grief shows up in your life, process emotions, and connect with others through compassion.

What to Expect:

  • Journaling to reflect and release

  • Gentle movement to reconnect with your body

  • Meditation and mindful practices for calm

  • Rest and reflection to create moments of relief, meaning, and insight

By moving through grief together, we make space for peace, connection, and the possibility of joy.
