Your session includes journaling, gentle yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Reiki healing.
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a conscious state of deep relaxation that restores the body and mind.
During the practice, you’ll:

Living Fully With Grief
A series for women who lost a spouse or partner
The death of a spouse or partner changes everything.
Your world can feel unrecognizable
Grief was never meant to be carried alone. There is something powerful about sitting in a circle with others who truly understand.
This bereavement support group, offered in Fairfield, CT, is open to women who have lost a spouse, partner, or the person they planned to spend their life with: whether recently or years ago.
Grief has no timeline and our relationship with it continues to shift, because the love remains.
This is intentional space to give your grief room to breathe… to move through the pain… and to gently reconnect with the love that is still present.
What to Expect:

Journaling for reflection and release

Gentle movement to reconnect with your body

Meditation and breathwork for calm and restoration

Rest and quiet reflection for moments of relief, meaning, and insight
By moving through grief together, we begin to create space for connection, peace, and meaning.

A Support Circle for Women Who Have Lost Their Mom

When your mom passes, something shifts in you that is hard to explain. The grief can feel isolating, heavy, and exhausting and you may feel like you are carrying it alone.
Life gets busy. The grief gets hard. And so you avoid it, not because you don't care, but because sometimes it simply feels like too much.
This session is a nurturing space to pause, be with your grief, surrounded by other women who understand.
Through gentle journaling, sharing, movement, and rest: because grief is exhausting, and your body deserves care too, you'll find space to feel what often goes unfelt. There is something quietly powerful about grieving in community rather than in isolation.
Whether your mother passed recently or years ago, you are welcome here. Because you don't move on from grief, you move through it. Because the love. The love always stays.
