Therapy here is a place to be seen, understood, and met exactly where you are,  a safe, non-judgmental space to work through grief, stress, trauma, and life transitions.

Together, we focus on helping you:

  • Feel less overwhelmed and more regulated

  • Understand and work through difficult emotions

  • Develop practical tools for daily life, relationships, and work

  • Gently process past experiences that continue to show up in the present

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. We work with what feels most important for you right now.

 Life’s challenges are inevitable, but how we respond to them can transform everything. Stress, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions are part of being human. The goal isn’t to eliminate them but to shift how we relate to these experiences.

Your Inner GPS: A Whole-Health Perspective 

Exploring the different layers of ourselves allows us to see our experiences from more than one perspective. Like a GPS, these signals offer gentle guidance:  helping us navigate with more clarity and intention. Therapy supports noticing them with curiosity rather than judgment.

Whole-Health Awareness includes:

  • Mind:  Thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that shape how we make meaning

  • Emotions:  Always valid, never right or wrong, they are  energetic responses to our experiences

  • Body:  Physical sensations and cues that reflect lived experience

  • Breath & Nervous System : An internal anchor for regulation, presence, and balance

  • Intuition:  Inner guidance, insight, and a deeper sense of knowing

Understanding grief and trauma as universal and part of the human experience 

 

Grief comes in many forms : the death of a loved one, divorce, life transitions, loss of identity, or even the loss of a life you thought you'd have. These experiences shape us, but they don't have to define us.

Trauma too can show up in ways both big and small, leaving us feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck;  impacting how we move through the world, our relationships, and how we feel in our bodies.
