The Village:
For Caregivers

A space to tend to yourself while you tend to someone you love

A virtual support community where grief and love come together

You Give So Much
This Space Is For You

Because the grief that comes with caregiving is rarely talked about but so common

You show up every day for someone you love and in so many ways. You hold so much, often without anyone asking how you are doing.

This space was created for you.

Because caregiving is one of the most profound acts of love. And one of the loneliest. Your grief is real. Your exhaustion is real and you deserve a place to bring all of it.

Do any of these feel familiar?

  • Anticipatory grief: grieving someone who is still sitting right in front of you

  • The guilt cycle: feeling guilty for wanting an hour to yourself, or when resentment creeps in

  • Invisible isolation: surrounded by people and tasks, yet completely alone with the weight of it all

  • Loss of self: your identity, schedule, and future put on hold

  • Burnout: so drained that even small setbacks feel overwhelming

If you nodded at any of these, you are in the right place.

About Beth

I'm Beth, LCSW, EMDR therapist, yoga teacher, Reiki healer, grief specialist, and fellow traveler on this human journey. In my work I see individual clients in person and virtually, facilitate grief workshops and retreats, and partner with organizations to bring grief and wellness support to the communities they serve.

Grief has been my teacher, personally and professionally, for over two decades. The Village was born from my own experience of loss and my deep belief that we heal more fully in community.
