Navigating Grief

A 4 week support group for those experiencing divorce 
July 2025

Whether you’re in the midst of divorce or years beyond, this group is here to help you navigate the journey and find healing.

Grief comes in many forms—it may be the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a career change, pet loss, grieving a part of ourselves or a life we once imagined.

There is no timeline in grief and each person’s experience with grief is unique, and the emotions that accompany it are deeply personal.

 

We can't change what has happened, and our lives do continue. But we can shift our relationship to our grief. Grief can feel lonely, with a rollercoaster of emotions. Being in community can be so healing - to be with people who "get it." During our time together, we will shift through the struggle so we can reconnect to love.

In this 4-week series, I invite you to a warm and understanding space where shared experiences foster deep connections. Through heartfelt discussions, guided movement and meditations, journaling sessions, and grief yoga, we will explore coping strategies and self-care practices tailored to your unique journey. Together, we'll navigate the challenges of grief, embracing healing and finding solace in community. Join me on this transformative journey of support, understanding, and renewal.
