So many conversations during this time revolve around one question:

"Are you excited?"

But what if the feelings are more complicated than that? What if pride and sadness are showing up at the same time? What if, beneath all the planning and celebrations, this simply feels like… a lot?

You're not alone. And there's a space for this.

Your time, your role, and the rhythm of daily life are beginning to shift. This series is a real space to slow down, laugh, cry, and talk honestly: with other moms who get it.

Meet your facilitator, Beth

Beth Segaloff, LCSW is an EMDR therapist, yoga teacher, and founder of Tree of Life Center and creator of Life School 360: programs designed to support teens, young adults, and families navigating meaningful life transitions. Through her work, Beth creates spaces where people can pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and with others during times of change.

Beth is also a mom and she understands firsthand the mix of pride, excitement, and vulnerability that comes with watching your child step into their next chapter while beginning to explore your own.
