  • Holding Onto the Magic of Summer
Sleepaway camp lets kids be their truest selves-building friendships, unplugging, and finding a sense of belonging that’s hard to match. Coming home can be a big adjustment, and it’s easy for that camp magic to slip away.In these small group sessions, kids will learn a specific tool to help them “anchor in” the positive feelings and experiences they found at camp. Think of it like installing a special app on a computer- like an internal resource they can always access. Even when school, social media, friend (or family) drama, or daily pressures and expectations make it hard to remember, they’ll know how to tap back into that part of themselves and find their spark from within. Through mindfulness, movement, and creative activities, they’ll practice reconnecting to that inner sense of joy, confidence, and belonging—so it stays with them throughout the year, no matter where they are. Each session is warm, experiential, and designed so every child feels seen, supported, and resilient. Perfect for kids—and even counselors—returning from sleepaway camp, these groups offer a bridge from summer’s freedom back to daily life. Available as a two-session series and can be offered throughout the year.
  • Navigating Grief
Living Fully Through Life’s Changes Grief touches us all, showing up in many forms-whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life transition, the loss of the life you expected, or the loss of a part of yourself. There’s no timeline in grief, and every journey is deeply personal. While we can’t rewrite the past, we can gently shift our relationship with grief and discover new ways to live fully, even as we carry what’s changed. This workshop (or series) offers a safe, nurturing space to explore your experience with compassion and support, alongside others who “get it.” Through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and creative practices, you’ll discover tools to process emotions, reconnect with yourself and others, and experience healing, hope, and meaning. Together, we’ll honor your story, foster connection, and move at your own pace toward a life where peace and possibility can coexist with grief. Living fully isn’t about “getting over” what’s changed; it’s about moving through the challenges, embracing the present, and exploring what’s possible, one step at a time. If your grief centers around the loss of a loved one, this experience can be tailored for specific needs—such as the death of a spouse or partner, child, sibling, or parent—creating space for connection and understanding among those who share similar journeys. This experience can also be adapted for those navigating divorce or other significant life transitions. “It was one of my favorites for sure and exactly what I needed.. So often we are so busy racing, taking trainings/going to therapies that we are the last ones to take a moment, if at all.. The presentation was food for the soul, so I just wanted to reach out to say thank you."
