Virtual group sessions for those experiencing grief
Grief comes in many forms—it may be the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a career change, pet loss, grieving a part of ourselves or a life we once imagined.
There is no timeline in grief and each person’s experience with grief is unique, and the emotions that accompany it are deeply personal.
This session is a safe, nurturing space for you to explore how grief shows up in your life, allowing you to process and connect with others in understanding and compassion. Grief can take away our sense of peace and joy- and as we move through the challenging emotions - we create space for happiness and purpose.
What to Expect:
We offer practices to help you reconnect to love amidst loss. Through journaling, movement, meditation, and rest—acknowledging that grief can be isolating and exhausting—we’ll create moments for reflection, relief, and meaning.
