Understanding Grief and Trauma as universal and part of the human experience
Grief comes in many forms – the death of a loved one, divorce, life transitions, loss of identity, or even the loss of a life you thought you'd have. These experiences shape us, but they don't have to define us.
Trauma, too, can manifest in ways both big and small—leaving us feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck. These experiences impact how we move through the world, our relationships, and how we feel in our bodies.
